Due to the overweight shipment, we usually send items separately, resulting in different arrival times. Please don't worry, keep tracking your orders via your orders window or email. If you still can't find them, please contact us for assistance.

How do i change or cancel my order?

Please contact us at support@tstescooter.com before your order is shipped. Once shipped, we are unable to change or cancel orders. If you wish to cancel a shipped order, please refuse to sign for the package upon delivery. We will then deduct part of the shipping cost per scooter and issue a refund once the package is returned to us.

Can i use the coupon i received on the official site on other platform such as Amazon, Ebay or Walmart?
