TSTescooter 12-Month Warranty

1. All brand new TSTescooter products are covered under our manufacturer's 1-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects.
2. The warranty is automatically registered when you order and receive the product from our online shop. Please note that the warranty applies to the initial purchaser only.
3. For orders that are fully refunded as a result of a dispute, the customer's scooter or bike will no longer be eligible for any services provided by TSTescooter.

Warranty Target Audience

1. All quality-related defects on items sold directly by TSTescooter.com iscovered by an extensive warranty.

Batteries

1. It is normal circumstence for the battery capacity fading with time goes by. It is excluded out of the warranty coverage.

This Limited Warranty does not cover

1. Warranty service will be not honored if the damage is caused by human.
2. Warranty service will be honored if the damage is not caused by human.

 

Claims Process

All claims to this warranty must be made through TSTescooter and submitted to support@tstescooter.com. Proofs of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at support@tstescooter.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through TSTescooter within 1 years of initial purchase.

TSTescooter will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidence by email.

Orders Beyond the One-Year Warranty Period

You can contact us to provide you with suggestions to solve the problem, and the required accessories will be purchased by the customer at his own expense.

Shipping Damage Claims

In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact support@tstescooter.com and provide us with photo or video proof.

NOTICE:

we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.

Repair Service

For repair services, TSTescooter will only provide free replacement parts.

All free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.

Limitation of Damages

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, TSTescooter shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when TSTescooter has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
