Received damaged parts during shipping, but TST customer service quickly resolved it. They even sent extra accessories as an apology. Riding it has been a joy ever since!

As my first e-bike, I’m impressed! Easy to assemble and great for commutes. The battery lasts long, and the pedal assist makes uphill rides a breeze. Totally worth the price!

The bike is comfortable and fun, but I’ve faced several issues. The battery pops out during rides, making it frustrating to use. Assembly wasn’t straightforward, and missing parts added extra costs. Brakes needed replacing early, and rim tape was essential to avoid constant flats. It has potential but needs improvements.

The bike is sturdy and smooth to ride. The seat is comfy, and pedal assist is great for longer trips. Battery life is solid, and the motor is powerful enough for steep hills.

The blue color is stunning! Assembly was simple, and the bike is fast with great battery life. Customer service was excellent and answered all my questions. Love everything about it!
